CHALLENGE To create a licensing brand for a beach community that has a unique alignment with a product or service. The brand must represent the beach community’s name and perceived image.
SOLUTION The licensing brand was created as a Monterey Collection. It has original illustrations of a porthole with a seahorse to showcase a sailing feel. The tagline “keep yourself warm and stylish” are design for a clothing tag. It connects to both Eddie Bauer’s outerwear and Monterey’s coastal weather. There is original photography for the created catalog cover.
